Types Of Screen Printing We Offer

PLASTISOL INK

Plastisol ink is one of the most commonly used inks in the US for screen printing on fabrics. Plastisol ink is known for its excellent opacity and ability to produce bright, vivid colors on both light and dark colored fabrics. It is also resistant to fading, cracking, and peeling, making it a popular choice for custom printed clothing and other textile items.

WATER-BASED INK

Water based ink comes in a lot of different varieties and can be used to achieve a worn vintage look as well as a pretty vibrant bold look. The main benefit to water based inks is the light hand feel that they provide. Instead of being printed onto the fabric like plastisol ink, they printed and absorbed into the fabric giving them the softest feel.

DISCHARGE INK

Discharge ink is a type of ink used primarily on dark colored organic fabrics. The ink removes the dye in the fabric and creates a bleached surface. The ink also contains pigments that are printed into the fabric and revealed by the discharge agent. The result is similar to water based ink on a white tee, resulting in a vibrant, opaque print but on a dark colored fabric. Discharge Inks only works on organic materials with certain dyes and does not work on cotton pigment-dyed items.

METALLIC INK

Metallic Ink works great for simple accents to a design as well as a loud bold statement. Metallic prints give a reflective like effect to your screen prints and really shine when any light hits them.

There are different types of metallic inks ranging from standard metallic to metallic with shimmer giving a dynamic glitter effect as it reflects light.

GLOW-IN-THE-DARK INK

Glow-in-the-dark plastisol ink is a specialized phosphorescent ink designed to absorb UV light and passively re-emit it as a bright glow in the dark. Perfect for nightlife, concert merchandise, and novelty apparel, it delivers a translucent, understated look in daylight and an intense glow when the lights go out.

PUFF INK

Puff ink is a specialized ink containing heat-activated agents that rise and puff up like a loaf of bread when curing, creating a raised, 3D puffy look. A very popular print in the streetwear community, but also get for a memorable fun look.

HIGH-DENSITY INK

High-density plastisol ink is a specialized ink engineered to create thick, 3D raised designs. Unlike standard flat inks or puff inks (which expand with soft outer edges), high-density inks maintain sharp, clean, and defined edges by holding their shape.

SIMULATED PROCESS

Simulated process screen printing is a technique that employs a combination of halftones and spot colors to replicate intricate, full-color images and gradients on fabrics. Simulated process printing draws upon a combination of colors from across the color spectrum. By layering different colors and halftones, it can reproduce vivid, photorealistic designs with remarkable precision.

How fast can you complete an apparel order?

Most standard screen-printing orders are completed within 7–10 business days after proof approval.

Rush orders are available at an additional charge depending on our current work flow.

What’s your minimum order quantity?

For Screen Printing and Sublimation, we typically start at 24 pieces but can discuss smaller runs depending on your project.

For Embroidery We start at 6 piece Minimums.

Orders under 24 pieces we print using DTG (Direct-To-Garment) printing.

Can you match my brand colors?

Absolutely — we custom-mix inks to match your exact Pantone or brand color specs.

Do you offer finishing services?

Yes! Folding, tagging, bagging, and labeling options are available for a professional finish.
